c. 1941 South Africa Censor Cover ties 2 stamps cd Stanger-Melbourne Censor Cover with 2 1.5d Greenish Blue War Effort stamps on front cancelled with a Framed Double Ringed STANGER 8 JUN ?? cancel on stamps. Cancel is slightly Unclear. Cover also has a Purple C COA cachet on front, and a Censor label on right side of cover. Cover sent to Melbourne, VIC, Australia, and has been opened at top edge. Cover has some tearing on top edge from opening, some scuffing and mild creasing on edges and corners, and some general wear to both sides.
