c. 1979 Soviet Union 20th Anniv Icebreaker Lenin 4K Stamped Cover cd Tiksi Cover commemorating the 20th Anniversary of the Atomic Icebreaker Lenin with a Preprinted 4K Blue Definitive stamp on front cancelled with a Framed 9 ?9 ? TIKSI YAKUT cancel on stamp. Cancel is unclear. There is also a TIKSI registered Cachet on front of cover. Cover is unaddressed and has been opened at back flap. Minor marking on back with some creasing on top corners and in middle of cover with a large vertical crease along left side of cover.
