GHANA Cancel on stamps. Cancel is very unclear. Cover sent to Chicago, Ill, USA and has been opened at bottom edge. Cover has some mild tearing on bottom edge from opening, some creasing on corners and edges, mainly on bottom right corner, and some mild wear to stamp edges.
