c. 1982 Ghana Airmail Cover ties 3 stamps cd Aggra-Oak Ridge, NC Airmail Cover with 3 Multicoloured International Year for Disabled Persons stamps on front cancelled with a Framed AGGRA 27 AP GHANA Cancel on stamps. Cover comes a letter and a photo of the sender. Cover sent to Oak Ridge, NC, USA and has been opened at back flap. Cover has some tearing on top edge and back flap from opening, some evident creasing on corners and edges, some scuffing on front of cover, possibly from stamp removal, some marking on both sides, and some mild age wear on both sides, mainly on front near scuffing.
