RARE 1900 Great Britain Registd Stamped Cover uprated 3d w Philetlic Exgn stamp Registered cover which has pre-printed stamp missing, uprated with 3 x 1d violet QV British stamps cancelled London, sent to Glasgow Scotland. On back is Philatelic Exhibition Cinderella. Part red wax seals on front. Wear to edges with some toning. Pre-printed stamp flap area has been removed.
