RARE c.1928 Brazil German Bank of South America Cover ties 2 stamps Rio Commercial cover from the German Bank of South America, with 100R Bicentenary of Coffee Industry and 700R surcharge on Wenceslau Braz Official stamp, cancel is unclear. Cover sent to Vienna Austria, with large " Via Genova"  handstamp on front. Label on back from German Bank of South America. Front of cover has had address cut out, cover has some toning.
