Undated United States 2c Preprinted Cover to New Bedford, Mass Cover with a Preprinted 2c Red Thomas Jefferson stamp on front. Cover sent to New Bedford, Mass, but has no cancel. Cover is unused, and has been partially opened at back flap. Cover has some scuffing on edges and corners, some age wear/toning on top right corner, and some general wear to both sides.
